A nice building that frequently offers a month or two free — but two structural issues that don't show up on the website mean there are better options in Wynwood, particularly if you want a balcony.
Who it’s for
Someone who'll actually use the amenity floor, is in the main tower, and is drawn in by the concessions. The cold plunge and sauna are real.
Who it’s not for
Anyone who wants outdoor space, or anyone who'd end up in the second tower.
There are two towers, on opposite sides of North Miami Avenue, and they are not connected. If you're in the second one, reaching the amenity floor means going down to your lobby, crossing the street, and taking a different elevator up. The website doesn't make this clear. Call the leasing office and ask directly whether your specific unit is in the main building — otherwise you may as well join a gym.
Almost all of the floor plans lack balconies, and in Wynwood that's a bigger deal than it sounds. Buildings outside the neighborhood almost all have them; here, the few that exist often face inward rather than the street. Miami summers make outdoor space worth more than the floor plan suggests.
Several floor plans are awkwardly shaped in ways that don't read on paper. Tour the specific unit you're considering.
