Who it’s for
Someone who wants to be in Wynwood proper and can take advantage of the concessions while they last.
Who it’s not for
Anyone who wants a balcony, walks to the grocery store, or is sensitive to noise.
The balcony setup is the worst of the three AMLI buildings, constrained by Wynwood's limits on street-facing balconies.
You can't practically walk to a grocery store. The nearest is a Publix, and in Miami heat it's a long, sweaty walk — technically walkable, functionally not.
Wynwood noise and general busyness are constant in a way the Midtown buildings aren't.
