The nicer of the two AMLI buildings in Midtown, and the larger — it spans three blocks. That size is the whole story: more amenities than the sister building across the street, and management that isn't as responsive because of it.
Who it’s for
Someone who wants the fuller amenity package and is willing to trade some of the personal attention a smaller building gives you.
Who it’s not for
Anyone who values responsive management over amenity count. AMLI Midtown 29, directly across the street, is the better building on that axis.
The building is genuinely nicer than its sister across the street. But at three blocks and several hundred units, management is stretched thinner, and you feel it in response times.
It's recently drawn some of the influencer crowd, helped along by Elevation two blocks up on the corner — a gym that pulls people filming workouts and showing off cars in Midtown. Anatomy down the street has the same dynamic. Both are among the better gyms in the area; whether the scene around them appeals is personal.
Trade-offs
- Management response is slower than at the smaller sister building
- Three-block footprint means less of a small-building feel
- Nicer finishes and more amenities than AMLI Midtown 29
