The best of AMLI's three buildings in this cluster. Smaller than its sister building across the street, which means noticeably more responsive management, and the location does more work than any amenity list. Occupancy runs high, so don't expect concessions here.

Who it’s for
Working professionals and increasingly families, roughly 25 to 45. Anyone who wants a well-run building where the neighborhood is the amenity.
Who it’s not for
Someone shopping on concessions — this building rarely needs to offer them. Or someone who wants the largest amenity package in Midtown, which is the bigger AMLI across the street, with the management trade-off that comes with it.
The gym is clean and has everything you need for a full workout except a free bar for squats — dumbbells go to a hundred pounds, and there's a separate yoga and stretching room attached. It overlooks the pool, so you get real natural light while training. That's the one genuine gap: no squat rack.
Shared workspace is the weak point. There's one dedicated coworking room and it isn't good — no windows. There's an open room downstairs you could work from, and the building WiFi is reliable.
Common areas are clean and well maintained.
The ground floor is effectively a small food-and-drink cluster attached to the building. Enriqueta's, a Cuban diner that's been there for decades, still shoots music videos and commercials in its parking lot and still sells Cuban coffee at the walk-up window for under two dollars — if you've never had a cortadito, it's one of the best places in the city to get one. Off the alley, connected to the building, Sottovoce is a speakeasy-style Italian wine garden and charcuterie bar you can walk straight through to reach Chimba, the restaurant next door. None of it is technically inside the building, but all of it is close enough that it functions like it is.
Three blocks to Lagniappe — wine, live music, one of the more popular date spots in Miami.
The pool is used regularly and is usually quiet, with the occasional party. There's a mural on the adjacent building right next to it. The building is maintained well, and AMLI runs a tight operation corporately: responsive management and free unit transfers after a certain point in your lease.
One small complaint: the lobby and pool playlist has no identity. It swings from top 40 to jazz to house with no through-line. Minor, but you hear it every day.
Trade-offs
- Only one dedicated coworking room, and it has no windows
- No squat rack in the gym
- High occupancy means few or no leasing incentives
- Fewer amenities than the larger AMLI Midtown across the street
- Lobby and pool music is a random shuffle with no coherent identity
